About Scoop Hero Tri-Cities Pooper Scooper Service

This pet waste removal company spends most mornings working backyards fence line to fence line, so it knows exactly which corner of a Finley yard freezes first and holds ice longest — usually the shaded strip along the north fence, out of the low winter sun. When a cold snap brings snow along with the frost, the same route gets walked with a shovel instead of a scoop, clearing the back gate, the side path, and the stretch of driveway where the trash cans go out. A neighbor's rooster starts up some mornings before the fog's even lifted, one more sound in a yard still dark at the edges. The Columbia's fog collects in the low yards near the river before it reaches the higher ground, so those addresses get cleared first, before the ice has a chance to set. Every gate on the route swings open clean by the time the rooster's given up for the morning.
