Gerry's Lawn Care

About Gerry's Lawn Care

Wednesdays belong to the Twin Lakes side of town, mid-morning, when the marine gray has thinned and the streets are quiet enough to hear a gate latch. Gerry's Lawn Care keeps a route the way people keep appointments — same day, same order, same attention to the strip of grass by the curb that everybody else skips. Mowing, edging and trimming, done in a rhythm that doesn't need supervising, and a yard that looks the same good way every single week. There is a particular pleasure in pulling away from a house where nothing is out of place and nobody had to ask. Federal Way is a town of small, tidy lots, and small tidy lots reward exactly this kind of steadiness.
