Solid Ground Landscape

About Solid Ground Landscape

Clark Park is old enough that its paths and lawn have settled into a gentle, uneven grade, and on a midday snap freeze that unevenness is exactly what turns a light snow into standing ice in the low spots. Solid Ground Landscape reads that ground carefully on a snow removal job, clearing the park's paths and the surrounding walkways with an eye for where the grade dips and holds water instead of just clearing what's visible on top. The name fits the work here: getting down to solid, level footing rather than just pushing snow off the surface. Driveways in the blocks around the park get the same close attention, since older Everett lots often carry that same uneven settling underneath a smooth-looking layer of snow. An old, quiet corner of the city like this rewards a slow, careful pass over a fast one, every time.
