About Kevin’s Landscaping and Construction llc.

Out past Airport Road the sky over Paine Field is busy most of the day, and the open ground around there lets the wind run at lawns that have no trees to slow it down. Kevin's Landscaping and Construction llc. keeps a lawn-care route through those blocks, mowing on schedule, trimming along fences and mailboxes, edging the drives back to a straight line. Wind-exposed turf dries at the top and stays cold at the root, so fertilization and weed control get timed to the yard rather than the calendar. Aeration and overseeding thicken the thin spots, and cleanups clear the pine needles and blown leaves that gather against every south fence in Beverly Park. A cut lawn out here looks like an intention, standing plain against all that open sky.
