Elite Commercial And Residential Services

About Elite Commercial And Residential Services

Long before the shops along Broadway open for the day, Elite Commercial And Residential Services is already out clearing the sidewalks and lots in front of them, working north into the residential blocks above downtown as the light comes up. The name fits the route: commercial storefronts first, in the dark, then the driveways and walkways of the houses on the hill behind them once morning traffic starts. Snow removal on a mixed route like that means switching gears block by block, from wide flat lots to narrow, sloped driveways within the same hour. Ice tends to set fastest on the shaded, north-facing stretches near the top of the hill, so those get a second pass before the crew calls the morning done. By the time Broadway's doors unlock, the walk in front of them is already clear.
