About David Marrs Trees

Everyone who lives here knows the Ellensburg wind — how it comes down the valley in March and leans on the poplar windbreaks until they sound like water. David Marrs Trees works with that wind rather than against it, timing the cutting and the cleanup for the hours it lays down. Yards on this side of the mountains take a beating from it: grit in the turf, branches on the lawn, leaves piled hard against a fence line. So the job starts with clearing, then mowing, then trimming the edges until the property looks composed again. It is a small victory every time, and it is the reason the truck goes out.
