About Waltier Homes Inc

February in Edmonds is the low, patient part of the year, when the sky sits close over Lake Ballinger and the afternoons give up early. Waltier Homes Inc spends it tending the ground around houses: hauling off the branches a windy week left on the lawn, raking out matted leaves from under the rhododendrons, cutting hedges back so the front of a home in Perrinville or Esperance stops disappearing behind its own greenery. Beds get cleaned and re-mulched while the soil is soft and nothing is in a hurry. Then March arrives, the grass remembers what it is for, and the first mow of the season goes down over a property that was kept ready instead of rescued. There is real satisfaction in that first pass — even lines, clean edges, a yard that looks like someone has been paying attention all along, because someone has.
