About Sanmartin Landscape & Pavers

The streets that drop from Ninth Avenue toward the water go down in steps, and so do the yards — a terrace of lawn, a wall, a bed, another terrace, each one asking for its own attention. Sanmartin Landscape & Pavers works those stepped properties in autumn, when the light comes low across the Sound and leaves collect in every corner a slope will hold. Mowing the flats, trimming the banks, edging each walkway and stair run so the levels read clearly is the shape of a visit. Beds are weeded and mulched to keep the soil where it belongs, hedges are trimmed, and cleanups clear the whole descent before the rains settle in. A terraced yard that looks composed from top to bottom is worth every extra pass it takes.
