About Becker Landscaping & Services

October is the month Perrinville turns yellow all at once — the big-leaf maples along the side streets let go for three weeks straight and the lawns disappear underneath. Becker Landscaping & Services meets that fall head-on with rakes, blowers and a truck that leaves lighter than it should. Leaves come off the turf and out of the beds before they can mat down and smother the grass, gutmatted corners get cleared, and the final mow of the season leaves the lawn short enough to face the winter rain. The rest of the year runs on mowing, trimming, edging and shrub work, plus the spring cleanup that resets everything green again. Seeing a yard emerge from a foot of wet leaves, still holding its color, is worth the sore shoulders.
