About Avid Landscape Management LLC

Just below the Edmonds bowl, the marsh holds its water flat at dusk and a heron stands in it like punctuation while Willow Creek slips out toward the Sound. Avid Landscape Management LLC keeps the lawns above that low ground on a maintenance rhythm that respects where the runoff goes — clippings collected, fertilizer applied with a measured hand, edges swept back onto the turf rather than into the gutter. Weekly mowing, string trimming and bed weeding carry the bulk of the year, with aeration and seasonal cleanups marking the turns. Hedges get trimmed to a shape the house can live with, and mulch goes down thick enough to keep beds quiet through the wet months. Evenings here have a soft grey light that flatters a well-cut lawn, and that is when the day's work looks best.
