March comes in off Commencement Bay damp and mild, and the grass around Edgewood and neighboring Milton starts moving weeks before anyone is ready for it. Milton Landscaping opens the season right there — first cuts, edges reset, winter litter cleared, beds weeded and mulched back to a crisp line.
