About Gardens ALIVE Design

Down on the Cherry Valley flats the soil runs dark and generous, and spring arrives in Duvall as a rumor first — a green haze over the pasture, then all at once everything. Gardens ALIVE Design works with that timing: beds shaped and mulched, shrubs kept in bounds, lawns mown and edged so the planting has something clean to sit against. A yard should look composed in April and still make sense in a November drizzle. The pleasure is in the shape of a bed meeting turf, and in holding that shape all the way around the calendar. The valley gives plenty to work with.
