Touchet Valley Landscapes

About Touchet Valley Landscapes

The Touchet River bends through Dayton under old cottonwoods, and the brick storefronts downtown hold their shade late into a summer afternoon. Touchet Valley Landscapes tends lawns on both sides of that water — river-bottom yards with deep soil, and the drier ground up toward the rim. Mowing, trimming, edging, leaf and debris removal, and the turf care that keeps a lawn thick enough to crowd out trouble. Autumn is the season here: cottonwood leaves coming down all at once, and the satisfaction of a yard raked clear before the ground hardens. Winter arrives quietly in this valley, and a lawn put to bed properly in November is the one that comes back first.
