Dogwood Lawn & Garden Services

About Dogwood Lawn & Garden Services

The ferry horn carries over Clinton all day, a low note rolling up from the dock as the boat noses across Possession Sound toward the mainland. Up the hill, Dogwood Lawn & Garden Services works in the soft Whidbey Island damp, where grass grows lush, moss creeps into every shady corner and garden beds want a steady hand. Mowing, edging and garden care here mean going along with the maritime weather rather than fighting it: gentle rain through most of the year, then a run of clear summer days with the Cascades lined up across the water. A well-kept island lawn looks rinsed and bright, its borders neat against the beds. It's the kind of yard that makes the ride home on the boat feel like arriving somewhere.
