About Cornerstone Irrigation and Maintenance LLC

Clayton was built on clay. The town once fired the ground beneath it into brick, and a lawn here still has to coax water through soil that likes to hold it. Cornerstone Irrigation and Maintenance works that puzzle out zone by zone, setting heads so the spray lands on grass instead of the gravel drive and timing the cycles for the cool hours before the Stevens County sun climbs. Midsummer comes dry and bright along US 395, and even, steady watering is what lets a yard stay soft and green while the roadside grass goes to straw. Between waterings comes the maintenance: mowing, trimming and the regular upkeep that turns a lot into a lawn. It feels like setting the first brick true and watching everything else line up behind it.
