About BG Services

In October the chum push up Chico Creek, and the rain that follows them keeps Kitsap grass growing long past the week most people expect to put the mower away. BG Services works Chico lawns straight through that stretch — mowing on a schedule that holds even when the sky doesn't, running a clean edge along walks and drives, and lifting the leaf drop before it mats down and sours the turf underneath. There is a real satisfaction in the last pass of a wet afternoon: the height even, the clippings gone, a yard looking looked-after under a low grey ceiling. When the dry weeks come around again, the same lawns get cut a little higher and left a little greener. Steady work on a wet peninsula, and it shows in the edges.
