About Thomas Home Services LLC

On the south side of Chehalis, near where the Newaukum River comes in to join the larger Chehalis River, most winter mornings start the same way: a thin skin of frost on the windshield, coffee going lukewarm on the porch rail, someone running late for work. On the mornings that frost turns to real snow, Thomas Home Services is already out ahead of that routine, clearing driveways and front walks street by street through the neighborhoods nearest the river confluence before households start backing out. The water itself runs low and dark under a lace of ice at the edges, and the sound of a shovel scraping concrete carries further than usual in that kind of quiet, cold air. Kids waiting for the bus stamp their feet on bare pavement that was buried an hour before. It's the small, repeated task of keeping one corner of Chehalis moving on the two or three mornings a year the town actually needs it.
