About Northwest Property Managers

Chehalis sits low in its river valley, and on cold mornings a fog pools over the dairy bottomland before the sun clears the hills to the west. Northwest Property Managers works that hour, moving between rental homes and small apartment lots scattered from the Market Boulevard side of town out toward the farm roads, clearing driveways and walkways one address at a time before tenants head out for the day. Frost silvers the fence lines along Dillenbaugh Creek while the plow blade scrapes down to bare asphalt, lot by lot. By the time the valley fog burns off, the walkways already touched are dry underfoot, no matter which of the town's scattered properties they belong to. It is unglamorous work, done house to house, across a town built low enough in its river bottom to hold onto winter cold longer than the higher ground nearby.
