About CP Gillaspie Hauling & Tree Service

Centralia grew up where the Skookumchuck runs into the Chehalis, and the big maples at Borst Park have been dropping limbs on that flat ground longer than the brick downtown has stood. CP Gillaspie Hauling & Tree Service works both sides of the rivers — a cottonwood removed from a low back yard, a fir pruned up off a garage on the slope below Seminary Hill, deadwood taken out of a street tree before it picks its own landing. River towns get water and wind together, and after a night of both there are branches in the alleys and a driveway nobody can use. That is a day of cutting, loading and hauling until the ground is bare again. What is left is a lot that looks looked-after, and one less thing to walk around.
