About Alpha Tree Care, LLC
Camas in April goes blue with camas lily, Lacamas Lake runs high, and the falls at Round Lake are loud enough to hear from the trail. Alpha Tree Care, LLC works the town through all of it — a fir taken out from behind a house on Prune Hill, maples on the old streets near the mill pruned back off the wires and the porch roofs, deadwood pulled from the big firs that shade half a lot. The Gorge sends this place its own weather, an east wind in winter that glazes everything and snaps whatever has grown heavy on one side. Afterward comes the chipper, the rake and the truck, and a driveway a car can back out of. What lingers is the quiet the day after: a lot opened up, the stumps low, the trees that stayed looking better for the ones that went.
