Cut Clean Go

About Cut Clean Go

Utsalady in the late morning: the bay flat as poured glass, Mount Baker standing up over the water like someone set it there on purpose. Cut Clean Go runs the north end the way the name reads — mow, trim, edge, blow off the walk, load up, move on. No yard gets held longer than it needs to be held. What stays behind is a straight line at the sidewalk and grass standing up the way grass ought to. The truck is two streets over before the smell of the cutting has settled.
