Rodriguez Landscape & Maintenance

About Rodriguez Landscape & Maintenance

Toward the west side of town, the office parks along the road to Kenmore give way block by block to cul-de-sac streets and front lawns, the kind of quick transition that makes this stretch feel like two different places a few minutes apart. Rodriguez Landscape & Maintenance works both sides of that line, clearing snow and ice from driveways and walkways at the homes and keeping the planting strips and entry beds at the business fronts from taking damage under wet, heavy snow. The crew treats a front lawn and a landscaped office entrance with the same care, since a frozen walkway matters just as much to a commuter heading to work as it does to a kid waiting for the school bus. Salting comes after clearing, never before, so it actually has ice to bite into instead of washing off bare pavement. It's steady work moved at a walking pace, one property at a time along that corridor. Morning traffic picks up toward Kenmore, and the walkways on this crew's list are already bare and safe.
