About Special Services Landscaping

Out toward Palmer the rain comes sideways some weeks, down off the Cascades and along the Green River canyon, and lawns there grow in weather most people would rather wait out. Special Services Landscaping works Black Diamond through that gray stretch as gladly as in July — mowing between showers, edging, trimming, lifting sodden leaves out of the turf, keeping weeds from claiming the wet ground. Fertilization and aeration make the most of a climate that hands out water for free. There is something good about pulling up to a yard nobody has touched in a month and leaving it clipped and combed. The rain can keep coming; the grass will keep getting cut.
