About Wild Edge Landscaping LLC

Bell Hill climbs to more than a thousand feet above sea level, a forested rise of Douglas fir and peeling red madrone tucked into the Olympic rain shadow. Its air is drier than most of western Washington, so lawns here call for patient attention rather than a running battle with the rain. Wild Edge Landscaping LLC tends those lawns, mowing the open slopes and shaping the line where cultivated grass gives way to madrone bark and native brush. On a spring morning when mist pools in the lowlands, the hilltop can stand in clear light with the Olympics behind it and the Strait of Juan de Fuca shining to the north. That meeting of trim lawn and untamed hillside is the heart of the craft here: crisp enough to feel cared for, loose enough to let the forest stay.
