About Cross Excavating llc

Out the back roads toward Venersborough and Barberton, the lots run big and the grass runs wild, waist-high by June and full of seed heads leaning in the wind. Cross Excavating llc takes on that rough green — knocking down overgrown acreage, cutting field edges back to something walkable, hauling off what the mowing leaves behind. It is loud, dusty work, and the reward is instant: an afternoon turns a jungle into open ground you can see across. Around the house the cutting gets finer, with trimming along fence lines and outbuildings. A rural Battle Ground property is mostly about keeping the wild politely at arm's length.
