About Pacific Arboriculture

Under Auburn's big conifers the light arrives in pieces, and the lawn beneath has to make do — thin grass, needle drop, moss claiming the shaded side. Pacific Arboriculture tends those yards: mowing at a height that suits low light, clearing needles and leaves, dethatching and overseeding where the canopy has worn the turf away, and edging so the ground around each trunk stays defined. Along the tree line at Game Farm Wilderness Park you can watch how much the cottonwoods let go in a single week; a residential yard is the same problem at a friendlier scale. Handled through the year, a lawn under trees can look intended rather than surrendered. The work runs across Auburn and the towns nearby.
