About All Pro Tree Care

East of downtown, the ground rises toward the bluffs above the White River, where big timber still shades the driveways of houses built into the slope. All Pro Tree Care knows those hillside lanes well from its summer trim work, and in winter the same steep gravel and narrow turnarounds are what the crew clears first, before the ice under the cedars has a chance to set. A driveway shaded by fir and hemlock holds frost longer than open ground does, so the crew learns each client's patch of shade the way an arborist learns a tree's lean. Clearing a path down through the timber to the road below, with the White River running cold and fast somewhere beneath the cold morning air, has its own quiet reward. By midmorning, when the light finally reaches the understory, the driveways they've touched are already dry.
