About The Green Side

Late on a Winooski evening the sun drops over Lake Champlain and the light comes back up the side streets in gold. The Green Side mows those streets — the close-packed front yards off the roundabout, duplex strips, and back lawns you reach through a gate with a machine that fits. Cutting, trimming, edging and cleanups, on a rhythm that keeps a compact yard from ever looking overgrown. There isn't room to be careless in a neighborhood this tight, so the walk gets swept and the gate gets latched behind you. Small lawns, cut sharp, one after another until the whole block reads right.
