About SBC Property Maintenance

Vernon holds the far southeast corner of Vermont with the Connecticut River along its whole eastern edge, and river fog has a way of making an overnight snowfall heavier than the forecast promised. SBC Property Maintenance plows through it — driveways, front walks and parking areas on the river road and the terraces above it. The truck goes out while the storm is still filling in, then comes back for the cleanup pass once the wind quits moving things around. Walkways get shoveled to the step, and sand goes down wherever the grade wants to send a car sideways. By breakfast the pavement is dark and open and the day can start on time.
