About Checkered flag property maintenance LLC

By late June the Missisquoi valley around Troy has gone so green it almost rings, and the hayfields climbing toward Jay Peak turn silver every time the wind rolls over them. Checkered Flag Property Maintenance LLC works the lawns beneath those hills — mowing, trimming, edging, and the steady week-to-week upkeep that keeps a Northeast Kingdom dooryard looking cared for from the first mud-season greening to the last gold light of October. There is real satisfaction in it: the clean stripe laid down a slope, the edge cut sharp along a gravel drive, the yard that finally looks like someone loves it. Serving Troy and North Troy and the farm roads and village streets of the surrounding Orleans County towns, this is small, patient, physical work, done close to home, and it shows on every property they leave behind.
