About By the Yard Lawn Care Services

A pair of swans keeps the green at the center of Swanton, and the village lays itself out politely around them. By the Yard Lawn Care Services works those village lots and the roads out toward the flats — mowing, trimming, and edging through the warm months, then plowing, shoveling, and sanding once the wind starts coming in off the lake. Franklin County winters arrive with a lot of open sky behind them; the snow does not so much fall as travel. Cleanups bracket the handoff between the two halves of the work. A tidy yard in July and a clear drive in January are the same promise, kept twice.
