About Roy's Property Management LLC

Sutton sits in the high country between Burke and the Willoughby hills, where the first real snow tends to arrive before anyone downstate believes it. Roy's Property Management LLC plows through it, opening driveways, dooryards and lots, shoveling walks and steps, laying sand on the icy pitches Kingdom roads specialize in. A long night storm can drop more than a foot up along Calendar Brook, and the answer is to keep the loop going until every one is clear. Waking to an open driveway is a small mercy in February, and it is the entire point of the work. From village to hill farm, the goal is a winter that strands nobody.
