THORP DIVERSIFIED

About THORP DIVERSIFIED

The white Town House stands at the head of the Strafford common, and against fresh snow it goes very nearly invisible. THORP DIVERSIFIED works those mornings, plowing driveways and yards, shoveling walks and entries, sanding the pitched spots Orange County hill roads hand out for free. Storms here sink into the hollows and take their time leaving, so the same driveways often get opened twice before the day is out. What stays with you is the view back down a drive cleared to bare gravel before the household has stirred. From South Strafford up to the height of land, the work is just keeping people able to get out and get home.
