Scott's Lawn and Landscape

About Scott's Lawn and Landscape

Sharon's roads climb in a hurry — Dairy Hill, Broad Brook, the pitches that lift straight out of the village — and that climb shapes both halves of the year's work. Scott's Lawn and Landscape mows, trims and cleans up those hilltop and hollow properties through the green months, then turns to plowing, shoveling walks and sanding once they start to ice. A driveway that is merely steep in July becomes a serious proposition in February, and knowing the grade of each one is most of the skill. Winter mornings begin early up there, in the dark, headlights throwing snow back at the windshield. The satisfaction runs the same in either season: a place made passable and neat before anybody else is out.
