About Black Diamond Tree Service, Inc

Searsburg sits high on the Molly Stark Trail, where Route 9 climbs into the Green Mountain National Forest and the turbines on the ridgeline turn slow above the spruce. Black Diamond Tree Service, Inc works those steep dark slopes — taking down a tree that has leaned too long over a driveway, opening a canopy so afternoon light can reach a dooryard again. Pruning up here is a conversation with wind: what the ridge will push on, what a hardwood can carry when ice comes in thick off the Deerfield headwaters. After a storm the town wakes to limbs across the road and a woodlot rearranged overnight, and the cleanup is a plain matter of getting the way clear and the yard back to itself. What's left is a bare drive, a clean cut, and the hills going on the way they always have.
