About Meticulous Mowing and Property Management, LLC

A walkway set stone by stone until the line of it looks like it was always meant to be there — that is the finish this Rutland outfit works toward. Down in the valley between the Taconics and the Green Mountains, where the marble-town roads run north through Proctor and West Rutland, they mow and trim and edge, mulch and plant, build patios and retaining walls, take on exterior carpentry and custom builds, and haul a yard through its seasonal cleanups. Come winter the work turns to plowing, shoveling and salting, drives opened in the blue dark while Killington's ridgeline is still only a shape against the sky. They keep the inside of a place in order too, with housekeeping and turnover support, maintenance and readiness checks for homes, rentals and commercial properties. From Wallingford up through Mendon, Pittsford and Brandon, what is left behind is the plain pleasure of ground that holds its season well.
