About Snapping Turtle Tree Works tree service

The Dog River runs the length of Northfield, and down at the Falls you can stand in one spot and see three covered bridges at once. Snapping Turtle Tree Works tree service keeps the trees along that valley and up the slopes of Paine Mountain in good order. Most days it is pruning: what is dead taken out of a big yard maple, a crown raised over a driveway, a limb shortened before it takes the gutter with it. Removals go in unhurried sections, the flower beds and the porch rail coming through exactly as they were. And when a storm crosses the height of land and lays a tree across the road, the morning after belongs to the saw, the rake and an open lane by noon.
