About Jake’s Excavation & Property Maintenance

Cadys Falls drops loud along the Lamoille just outside Morrisville, and Route 15 runs past it hauling trucks through every kind of weather the year can invent. Jake's Excavation & Property Maintenance works in all of it: plowing driveways and clearing walkways through the storms, then mowing, trimming and running spring and fall cleanups once the ground comes back. Winter here doesn't do half measures, so the plow route starts hours before most alarms go off. Summer's payoff is different but just as real — a lawn cut level, trim tight to the fence, a property with nothing out of place. Same ground, same attention, twelve months around.
