About Northern Oakes Property Management & Handyman Services.

Montpelier is a capital you can walk across in twenty minutes, gold dome to the tree line of Hubbard Park, and its lawns are correspondingly personal — small, sloped, tucked between old houses on hillside streets. Northern Oakes Property Management & Handyman Services. handles those yards with mowing and trimming that fits the terrain, working close around walls, stairs and the hundred-year-old maples that own the sidewalk. Spring cleanups clear the sand and grit the winter piled along the curb; fall cleanups take on the leaves, which in this town arrive in serious quantity. Cut, edge, blow the walk clean, leave it looking deliberate. It's satisfying work in a place that notices.
