About Lawn Goblins

Every April, the last gray snowbanks in Lunenburg's yards shrink away and leave the winter's leftovers behind: matted grass, plow sand, a scatter of fallen sticks. That is when Lawn Goblins gets busy, raking out the thaw, mowing the first growth and trimming the edges back into shape. The name is playful, but the result is serious, a yard that wakes up combed and tidy while the Northeast Kingdom hills are still deciding whether winter is truly over. All through the warm months the mowing carries on, one Lunenburg lawn at a time. There is real delight in turning a mud-season mess into the first fresh green on the road.
