About Summit Solutions Property Services

In Ludlow the weather arrives down the mountain first — Okemo catches the squall, the Black River valley holds the cold, and by morning the light comes in low and blue over the old mill brick. Summit Solutions Property Services answers that in kind, plowing and managing ice on drives that climb away from Main Street, then trading the blade for mower and rake as the valley greens and the hillsides run to leaf. Their work is the whole property as one system across the year: lawn care and grounds keeping, seasonal cleanups and the changeover between them, preventative upkeep, and excavation for driveways, drainage, ponds, pools, and land clearing. There is a real satisfaction in what it leaves behind — a dooryard shoveled open before the first car of the day, a lawn edged clean against the stone, water sent somewhere sensible instead of down a bank. They keep this up through the greater Okemo Valley, from Rutland to Chester and Londonderry.
