About Soos Property Services

November comes down the Green Mountains sideways at Killington, and the steep dirt drives off Route 4 go white long before the ridge does. Soos Property Services works those nights — a blade riding a second-home driveway at three in the morning, sand laid down the pitch so a car can climb out by breakfast, the whole approach reading clean-edged and open, banked in tidy walls by first light. The plowing and sanding run by the season or one storm at a time, across Killington, Bridgewater, Woodstock, Pittsfield and Plymouth, and the care doesn't stop when the mountain turns soft and loud with meltwater; property management and lawn work carry the green months. There is a plain, particular pride in it — a house left looking tended whether anyone is home or not.
