About Summit Property Solutions

The mower's steady pass, the plow's low shove, the hand that pauses to square a corner by eye — this is work counted in passes and finishes, and Summit Property Solutions does it across Ferrisburgh. Out here the Champlain clay plain lies wide and open toward the lake, the Adirondacks blue across the water, the Green Mountains catching the first light behind you, and a well-kept yard reads for a long way in that kind of country. Summer means grass cut clean and true, the lines still holding when the evening goes gold over the fields; winter means a driveway opened down to bare pavement before the Route 7 traffic stirs, the banks pushed back and shouldered square. Their own way of putting it — winter, spring, summer or fall — is really the shape of a year in Addison County, and the plain pleasure of a property that looks tended in every one of them.
