About All Phase Property Maintenance, LLC

Essex Junction keeps its dooryards close to the road — clapboard porches, a low stone wall running out from under somebody's maple, pavement bending toward Five Corners where the rails come through. All Phase Property Maintenance, LLC works those yards and driveways across the Northern Vermont area: lawn care and property maintenance through the green months, stone and patio set into ground the Winooski valley laid down, excavation when a property needs reshaping, and electrical work alongside it. Come December the plow blade takes over, a driveway opened while the village is still blue and the mountains east of town are only a rumor in the dark. There is a plain, physical satisfaction in the result — a lawn holding a crisp edge in August light, a patio that looks like it was always there, a dooryard passable before the first car of the morning.
