About Evergreen Property Options, LLP

A lawn cut clean to the edge of the drive, the clippings swept back off the pavement — that small, finished order is the signature Evergreen Property Options leaves on a place. The work runs the whole calendar in the Missisquoi valley: mowing and grounds care through the green months, then plowing and snow removal when the air off the Cold Hollow ridges turns hard and the road to Enosburg Falls goes white well before daylight. They also move earth, taking on excavation projects big or small, and turn a hand to light construction and handyman work — a new deck, an entryway tile, a backsplash that finally sits right. What stays with you is the plain satisfaction of it: a dooryard that holds its shape through mud season, hay-scented July, and the long blue cold, and a driveway already open when the coffee is poured.
