Jake's Property Management

About Jake's Property Management

Eden sits high in Lamoille County, and winter arrives there with conviction: snow in the hollows soon after the maples go bare, and drifts that hold their shape for months. Jake's Property Management works that winter, plowing driveways and clearing snow so Eden households can get out to the road. Route 100 runs through Eden Mills, but the long private lanes branching off it are another matter, and that is where this work lives. There is real satisfaction in a lane cut right down to the gravel, its banks shoved back and the turnaround wide enough to swing a pickup without a second try. Then the next squall blows over the hills, and the job begins again.
