About Coakley's Industries LLC

Eden sits high in the Lamoille hills, where Route 100 threads between Belvidere Mountain and the headwaters of the Gihon, and where winter comes early and settles in for the long haul. Coakley's Industries LLC works that ground in its coldest months, plowing out the dooryards, driveways, and lots that a night of northern Vermont snow can bury without asking. There is a plain satisfaction in a hill-country drive opened before first light — banks squared off, gravel showing again, the woodpile reachable, the day made possible. Snow stacks deep on this shoulder of the Green Mountains, and the work is simply to keep Eden and its neighboring towns moving beneath it, one pass at a time.
