About Fuller Maintenance, Inc.

In a hard winter Malletts Bay freezes over and a small village of ice-fishing shanties appears on it, stovepipe smoke curling up against the white. Colchester wraps around that bay, and when storms blow in across the open lake the snow comes sideways and means it. Fuller Maintenance, Inc. provides snow removal across Colchester, plowing driveways and clearing walkways for homes from the bay shore to the inland neighborhoods. There's a tidy pride in the result — a plowed drive with straight sides, a walk scraped to bare pavement, the ridge the town plow leaves at the end of the driveway broken up and gone. When the wind drops and the bay turns pink at sundown, those cleared lines look as deliberate as the rows of shanties out on the ice.
