About Distinctive Landscaping Inc.

From the top of Mount Philo the town lies out below in squares — hayfield, orchard, roofline, lake. Distinctive Landscaping Inc. works that ground the whole year through: mowing, trimming and edging in the growing months, mulch in the beds, cleanups in spring and fall, then plowing, shoveling and sanding once the valley goes white. Champlain valley summers are generous, and Charlotte lawns hold their color deep into October. Winter is the opposite sort of work — done in the dark, finished before most of the town is awake. Both come down to the same thing: showing up, and leaving a place better than you found it.
