About SB Property Maintenance LLC

Burlington is a city on a slope: streets climb from the lake toward the University of Vermont, and every winter those grades turn into a test of tires and nerve. SB Property Maintenance LLC handles snow removal across Burlington, clearing driveways, front walks and entry steps so getting in and out doesn't mean sliding. On a sloped lot, where the snow ends up matters as much as getting it gone — off the path and out of the way of the next freeze-thaw. Late in the afternoon, when the lamps come on around the University Green and the temperature drops with the light, a walk scraped down to bare concrete makes for an easy evening instead of a wary one. The hill doesn't get any flatter, but it does get kinder.
